Speculation: Is the Link’s Joe Max coming calling?

Wow, why can’t GSDP quit playing around and hir competent professional with some sense AND courage. Starkville has everything it needs to be hugely successful in economic development and instead seems content to play “air patrol”.

Above ALL ELSE, do NOT let the economic future of Starkville depend on Columbus Link or anyone else. Just quit playing tea and cookies and get to work.

I believe Mr. Maynard did great things for the city of Starkville. I believe his presence, knowledge, and efforts will be missed. Mr. Manchester states, “..why can’t GSDP quit playing around and hir(e) (a) competent professional with some sense and courage”. The expansion slated for SemiSouth with the addition of 100 jobs AND the II-VI, Inc. expansion took more than sense from being content with “playing tea and cookies”.
I have enjoyed the revitalization of downtown. The unWine Downtown is great for getting women together to enjoy some relaxed shopping time with a “girls night out” theme. We, the women who likes playing tea and cookies, are excited on these types of nights where we would usually stay home WITH OUR WALLETS.
