Your Turn: Obama, Israel, and God

Rattlesnakes characteristically rattle before striking. Any who threaten their spaces are warned not to test them. Who can blame a rattlesnake for defending its territory? Who would want to tempt a rattlesnake to strike? Why?

About 4,000 years ago God pronounced a blessing and a curse on behalf of Abraham and his offspring saying, “And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

For those who may not know, Arabs and Jews – practically everybody living in the Middle East – can trace ancestry back to Abraham. God has blessed and cursed many in those lands over the millennia.

Until recently, America has supported and allied with Israel. What changed? America elected Barack Hussein Obama president. Obama is the only president who has risked testing God’s promise by allying with Arab and Muslim nations while publically and privately offending Israel.

Ironically, ninety-some-odd percent of Jewish voters supported Obama’s candidacy. Norman Podhoretz explains in his book, “Why Are Jews Liberals?” that American Jews grew up in liberal homes heavily influenced by Marxist ideology they inherited from their Eastern European ancestors. Strange bedfellows indeed!

In the mean time, the Islamic Republic of Iran has reportedly developed enough weapons-grade uranium to build two atomic bombs. Iran supports Hamas, the ruling party in Gaza and a recognized terrorist organization dedicated to the destruction of the state of Israel. Israel has intercepted ships carrying Iranian weapons to Gaza.

Israel has maintained a blockade preventing ships from docking in Gaza in an effort to keep weapons out of terrorists’ hands. This blockade has been sanctioned by America and the United Nations…until recently. What changed? Refer to Obama election above.

Nine years ago, 19 Islamic terrorists murdered nearly 3,000 American innocents in the name of Allah. Islamic terrorists murder innocents worldwide every day.

Not all Muslims are terrorists or extremists by definition. But, the common denominator of Jihadists is Islam, and Jihad is a worldwide phenomenon apparently unrecognized in Obama’s administration.

The Middle East will never know peace until the King of Peace returns and makes peace. The King of Peace IS the blessing God promised Abraham He would give to the world. Peace: the gift only God can give.

Whose land is it? Does every nation and people enjoy a right to exist? Can any nation justify genocide or obliterating another nation? Obama’s response? ‘Why can’t we all just get along?’ Academic elitism may work in ivory towers, but not in the real world.

The whole world has expressed outrage that Israeli commandoes killed nine ‘humanitarians’ (some of whom incidentally said they wanted to become Islamic martyrs on that mission) when they stopped six ships from docking in Gaza. The Israeli navy escorted the ships to a port in Israel, processed and deported all personnel from the ships, and delivered all the humanitarian aid to Gaza.

It has been said: If all the nations surrounding Israel lowered their weapons, there would be no more war in the Middle East; if Israel lowered her weapons, there would be no more Israel.

I loathe any man who acts like he’s God’s gift to the world.

That is true, but doesn’t that logic also produce: Not all Christians are white supremacists. But, the common denominator of white supremacy is Christianity.

The common denominator of white supremacy is “WHITE” and “SUPREMACY.” It’s a racial thing. No other races are allowed to participate.

On the other hand, Islam welcomes all races, and in fact Jihadists come from many racists. The one thing Jihadists have in common is…Islam.

Yes but the white supremacy in many of the groups is based upon christianity.
