SPECIAL TO THE DISPATCH
STARKVILLE — Mississippi State University is welcoming the holiday season with a two-day arts and crafts fair Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. -7 p.m. both days, at the Joe Frank Sanderson Center.
Vendors come from across the South, including the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and Louisiana to display and sell goods. More than 100 vendors will be present, selling a variety of items. Everyday items as well as holiday gifts will be available, including, but not limited to, jewelry, pottery, ornaments, candles and monogrammed items.
In its 37th year, the MSU Holiday Bazaar is a tradition, attracting customers from all over North Mississippi.
“The Campus Activities Board is excited to be continuing the tradition of the MSU Holiday Bazaar,” says Holiday Bazaar Director Samantha Musil. “The student members of CAB know there is something special about being part of an event that’s been taking place for 37 years. The Holiday Bazaar began long before any of them were students here and will continue long after they graduate. They believe strongly in continuing and building upon the tradition.”
