		<description>While I agree the justice complex is important, that&#039;s an issue is much more...  well...  complex.  There are a lot of angles that need to be considered and it&#039;s going to take some time.  Sunday sales is simple to change, costs the city no money, and every day that we don&#039;t have it is lost revenue.  It&#039;s low hanging fruit.  I applaud the board for moving quickly to finally rid the city of an old law that has held Starkville back for decades.  With this out of the way, prospective businesses now know that Starkville has moved forward.  we can now tackle bigger things that will take more time--like the justice complex.</description>
