I cannot imagine the Borden plant location being more profitable than the Cotton District. The Grill is packed every football weekend, Bulldog Bash, Cotton District Arts Festival, etc. I am glad that there will be a strong anchor for the redevelopment of Lampkin Street but that will really hurt the Cotton District. However the Eat With Us Group is a lot smarter than I am and they know what they are doing. I wish them luck and I will continue to support their businesses.
