The group putting together the Cotton Mills project will hold a townhall meeting tonight at the Hilton Garden Inn from 6P – 8P. It is open to the public. We are planning on recording the meeting for posting in segments over the next few days.

Do they still plan to break ground by the end of the month (in the next 7 days), or is the date being pushed back yet again?
They’ve expressed to me that they’re still wanting to break ground as soon as possible.
That’s good to hear, Richard. A lot of people, myself included, are remaining cautiously optimistic because of the economy. The importance of this project to the respective futures of Starkville and Mississippi State cannot be understated.
