One of the worst kept secrets in the Triangle official

GTR announced yesterday the addition of four flights to/from Memphis beginning May 4th. There will be a morning flight to with a return and and an afternoon flight to/from. This keeps westward bound travelers out of purgatory/Atlanta and allows actually westward travel. Very novel.

The airport will also start a $1 million NON BOND ISSUE backed renovation later this year. Guess the GTRA board didn’t get the memo that the only way to raise money for expansion is to let the taxpayers foot the bill.
