Just got off the phone with former Alderman Frank Davis and he confirmed that he would not seek the mayor’s job in the 2009 municipal elections.
Frank Davis is good man who would have brought decorum and civility back to City Hall. How different would this present term have been if he had defeated Dan Camp four years ago?
It sure couldn’t have been any worse.
