It seems to me that MSU’s Watson is taking the fall for the missteps of the high and mighty Tom Meredith. I find it offensive that the verbose Meredith is declaring he has been “exhonerated” by the audit findings. No way! He has the dirt of those magnolia trees on his hands as much or more than Watson! Meredith is doing Mississippi no favors by hanging on and hanging around. It’s time Tom Meredith step down from the IHL, and time the legislature take control and demand some accountability from the IHL as well.
