Maybe the SDN needs to read StarkvilleNow more often

The questions posed by the SDN in this morning’s editorial are baffling. They pop off half a dozen question about the Cotton Mills project that “need to be answered.”

I sat down with a MSU official a few weeks back and got most of the answers, which are located in various posts here. I also found the plans and power point presentation and posted a link. I have yet to see a plan appear in any media source other than StarkvilleNow.

And all this from a part time blog with 250+ readers a day (more when stuff is going down at the GSDP).

I would think a $130 million plus project would spur a little more elbow grease. If I can find the info and answer the questions, then surely they can.

BTW here is a link to the plans. Been up for a while (since May 9).

I have no doubt that the SDN wrote a bad piece, but do you have a link to it? I’ve been away for a week and can’t seem to find it online. Thanks.

For some reason, the SDN doesn’t put editorials online. At least not where I can find them…..

    Not surprising.

Also, I found an article on the CD about the push to make the new Starkville Electric building “green.” Do you know where the building is to be built?

    BTW, great site.
